Terms & Conditions

The agreement between you and IndiePlan when you use this site or buy something from it.

These terms reflect how IndiePlan operates. Have them reviewed by a qualified adviser before launch.

About these terms

These terms apply to your use of https://indieplan.co.uk and to anything you buy from it. By using the site or placing an order, you accept them.

Orders

  • Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we confirm your order and make your product available.
  • Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies.
  • We may correct obvious pricing errors. If a price is clearly wrong we will contact you before fulfilling the order and you may cancel.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your card details. Your order is fulfilled once Stripe confirms the payment has succeeded.

Delivery

All products are digital. There is no physical shipping. Access details are sent to the email address you provide at checkout, normally immediately after payment.

If your files do not arrive, contact us and we will resend them.

What you may do with the products

See our digital product terms for the full licence. In short: the products are for your own personal or business use, and you may not resell or redistribute them.

Refunds

See our refund policy. We will always put right a product that does not work as described.

Accuracy and availability

  • We describe products as accurately as we can, but minor differences between screenshots and the delivered product may occur as products are updated.
  • We do not guarantee the site will be available without interruption.
  • Third-party platforms our products rely on — Notion in particular — are outside our control and may change.

Our liability

We provide practical tools and information. We do not guarantee any particular business, financial or personal outcome from using them.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Otherwise our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.

None of these terms affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes fall to the courts of England and Wales.
