Refund Policy
Digital products are tricky to refund once delivered. Here is exactly where we stand, in plain English.

The short version
If a product does not work, is not as described, or you cannot access it, we will fix it or refund you. We would always rather sort out the problem than keep money from someone unhappy.
Your cancellation rights
Under UK consumer law you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital content delivered immediately, that right ends once the download or access begins — and at checkout you agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge the loss of that right.
This is standard for digital products, and it is why we describe everything in as much detail as we can before you buy.
When we will refund you
- The product is faulty, broken or does not work as described.
- You cannot access what you paid for and we cannot resolve it.
- You were charged twice, or charged in error.
- You bought a product and then bought a bundle containing it — tell us and we will refund the duplicate.
When we normally will not refund
- You have changed your mind after accessing the product.
- You bought it by mistake but have already downloaded or duplicated it.
- You do not have, or do not want, a Notion account — every Notion product says clearly that Notion is required.
- The product works as described but did not produce the result you hoped for.
How to ask
Email hello@indieplan.co.uk with your order reference and what went wrong. You do not need to justify yourself at length — tell us the problem and we will deal with it.
We aim to respond within two working days.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights, including your right to a remedy if digital content is faulty or not as described.
